Information on Chicago's airports Chicago has 4 main airports. Chicago O'Hare Int'l, Chicago Midway and Chicago Meigs Field and Chicago Gary Airport. Chicago O'Hare (IATA:ORD) is the world's busiest airport. Chicago Midway (IATA:MDW) is a smaller airport with many of the low cost airlines operating out of it. Chicago Meigs (IATA:CGX) is located in the downtown and is used for private and buisness operations. Chicago Gary (IATA:GYY) airport is located in Gary, Indiana.
